My focus is reconciliation. Healing is often achieved through us becoming reconciled with self and/or others. It can be a process that allows us to identify and modify our thoughts and behaviors. We are all a work in progress and rightly so as circumstances are constantly changing. I believe that each person should have an opportunity to express themselves in a safe, nurturing, judgement free zone. As we seek to gain an understanding of self and others, often we experience a shift in our processing. If you are stuck or it feels like you are spinning out of control like a hamster on a wheel, let’s talk about “it”.
I emphasize well-being through the selection of healthy lifestyle choices, while encouraging solutions through a balance of psychology and spirituality. I specialize in anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, grief and life transitions. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is my preferred modality with emphasis on Solution Focused strategies.
